Suubstitution. Because most blood banks accept one donor's blood, and issue required blood if the group of the donor I produce is not suitable for my purpose. Sometimes, the tests may take some time, and requirement may be very urgent, so the banks may issue blood which is already tested. -- Mahesh T.
