I've been running an ASUS P8P67 Pro with an i5 2500K with Ubuntu 11.10. HTH. I've had a lot more issues due to my Radeon card than the mobo, Everything ran out of the box. But you will definitely find yourself irritated with the fact that only Windows is able to harness everything. For instance, half the sensors will fail to show up, and only Windows can shut off one or more of your fans on demand. If you're box runs 24x7 that does matter. There is a problem with suspending the session that's the same with Windows, OS X and Linux.
