Either:
1. Use the command "set mime_forward" while mutt is running.
2. Else put in in your muttrc.

Warning! This will add the complete message including the attachments as a 
rfc822 attachment to the mail you send. To get back to the inline forward 
as is normal, use "unset mime_forward".
