Dear All,

When dual booting Windows2000 with Red Hat Linux 7.x I
have observered that some times the software is able
to detect the Windows 2000 partition and some times it
is not able to detect the Windows2000 partition.
When it is not able to detect Windows 2000 partition,
lilo.conf needs to be modified and installed.

1) Can some one suggest when is it that it will be
able to detect Windows 2000 partition and when it will
not be able to detect Windows 2000 partition?

2) Can we dual boot Windows 2000 on NTFS partition
with Red Hat Linux? Will it be able to detect Windows
2000 partition automatically and I will not need to
modify the conf file?

Lokesh
