Not because Pakistan does it. Our decision should be
based on our need and our perceptions. There are many
other Govt.s which have embraced Open Source or are on
the way - Peru, Venezuela, Germany, UK, New Zealand
etc. etc. Hope advisers in MIT are taking note!
