i've this problem with i845 chipset:
when i switch X windows as kde desktop by pressing ctrl+alt+F2 etc. to
virtual console and then after it i come back in X by pressing ctrl+alt+F7,
it has problem.
do u have this type of problem ?
i've tried in RH7.2 with i845 chipset also by using XFree86-4.2.1 and
kernel-drm support successfully.
