u r right, unlike indix, this does not alter or do anything to xfree86 or its
setups and X setups.
and seems to be the right answer for handling indian languages correctly,
with unicode and opentype and a type engine.
noticed the vesion 1.x was out. do u recommend i download and try it. has
anyone tried pango yet.
would be nice if u could post a short comment, review, etc.
