the debate (which i hope is over now... at 5:21 am !!) has been on since a
pretty long time now... (since yester night i guess )
!
and so here are my conclusions...
:-)
1. i for one had a good time :-)
2. every hour i check my mail (since yester night), i have a new set of
rebuttles waiting..!! ;)
3. it gave a pretty neat (albeit *arguably* biased) crash course of the type
: "enlist 5 differences between xxxx/yyyy"
4. frankly i care a damn who wins, although i surely should be doing better
things (like sleep!!).
5. (and for those who are dissatisfied by the phrase "i care a damn", all
that i mean, is that i believe redhat is publicly known well enough so as to
hit the "new" user anyways... on the other hand debian is "hidden" enough so
as to hit *only* the target audience that it should see.... i believe both
have a place,and both have a propoer mind-set to address to... )
all the best, and may the best *friendly* war go on... ;-)
