Apologies for the screw-up with the meeting room this time. As far as
I remember this is the first time we've had a meeting where we had to
look for a location at the last minute. I'll try to make sure that it
doesn't happen again.
Does it really make a difference whether we know in advance who is
attending and who is not? I ask because it'll be almost impossible to
get people to register for meetings in advance, and even if we do that
there'll be a wide gap between those who register and those who
actually turn up.
