There seems to be something wrong about the aim of this list, atleast
IMHO. There 
are resources (read people) on this list who are willing to offer CDs
at reasonable prices to those who are interested. And there is
resource information on the web site.

The ideal way, IMHO, this CD request setup can work is by seekers
contacting providers from the web site directly. And this list being
used for announcements of new software and resources.

Seriously, how practical is it to expect non-profit volunteer
resources to keep track of who is asking for what and getting in touch
with them on their own? Isn't it more likely to work with a pull
(seeker pulls) than a push method (provider pushes)?
