Dear Sharad, Run a sniffer. and check the amount of data exchanged in a session/page load or whatever.......
Estimate the time acceptable to you for the data to get thru (and app not timing out)................ You'll be pretty close to the answer. Sniffers are available. Search google for winpcap (on Windows) or similar stuff for Li. You should be able to find enough of these.
