I know it's been in the works for a while (e.g. the Billy Bragg and Wilco "Mermaid Ave." collaborations, plus her decision to go indie), but I can't help but wonder if Don and Karen didn't help nudge her in this direction...esp. with their brilliant work on Ophelia.
