Hi Kevin,
First you have to connect the two computers. If its just the two computers
you could buy an Ethernet "CROSSOVER" cable, if you will ever need more
computers buy a HUB and a couple Ethernet PATCH cables (check out this for a
cheap hub http://dealmac.com/articles/24526.html )
Once connected you have to set up the TCP/IP control panel.
If neither computer is on a network just make something up,
IP address:
150.150.150.150 , 150.150.150.151 , and go up one for each computer
Subnet Mask:
255.255.255.0 for all computers
Router Address:
150.150.150.0 for all computers
Then just start up Unreal on one computer.
Select "Start Multiplayer Game"
On the other computer start Unreal
Select "Find LAN Games" and you should see the game and be able to join.
