This topic comes up all the time on Apples Support discussion board. About the only thing you can do is make sure you have all the codecs you can. However Shawn's response is spot-on. There are just some you can't play.....period. No matter what, QTPro, Divx, WMP. Nothing you can do. I'd pay big bucks for a true media player. One that could handle anything that was thrown at it but I'm sure the second I bought it they would come out with a whole new format that wasn't supported. Such is life.
