They eventually update the disks, but it seems that they don't do this until most or all of the product line renders the disks obsolete. Fabbing disks is significantly more costly than people think, and as with all other companies, it's all about cost-benefit; do we spend the money updating the disks now even though we know we'll have to do it again in X months? or wait til then? -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
