Yes, you can swap over the logic from the 333, only it won't support IR as
the rev. a and b did. You'll just have 1 connector that goes nowhere.

The tray loading iMacs used 2 sets of analog and power supply boards, as you
note they have different part numbers. The connectors and wiring harnesses
are different, so they aren't interchangeable. Diagrams in the service
manual show graphically the difference.
