Dude,  its all right.  That stuff is already on your iMac.  Maybe in newer
versions too.  For some stupid reason,  things that are running during your
transfer (on the originating machine) can't be copied.  Just keep a list of
the stuff it mentions (you can check if you have them on the other machine
later) and transfer away.
