For one: Free POP based email with no strings, taglines, or ads with an easy domain. For Two: Ad free homepage space again with a respectable domain and no stupid numbers, tildes, or other garbage in the URL. For Three: A networkable hard disk for backups that is accessible like any shared Mac volume on any machine from System 7.6 and up. For Four: Apple's big deal with the initial setup of service was that it was free for life and now those of us that can't or won't go to X are stuck even if we do deign to pay!
