If those two are the only choices, go for Dreamweaver. Another option is
Adobe Golive, of course. Frontpage for the Mac has not been updated for
years, and for the PC, I consider it only reasonable, and only if you have
an intranet with the same version of MSIE on all machines. Someone on a list
I was on had a sig that went like this: Real friends don't let their friends
use Frontpage ;-)

Dreamweaver's ability to use templates that automatically update all pages,
if you update the original, is a blessing for the webmaster! and when you
make a new page for a new news story, you only have to consider the text.

The integration with databases is also great in Dreamweaver, but I don't
know how much you have time to learn ;-)
