You didn't say what OS you're running, but if it's 10.1.5, it sounds
like a bug which you can easily address with "RepairPrivileges Utility
1.1". If you use it, you may need to restart for the change to take
effect, but the documentation doesn't say so. The KB article ID is
106900.
