Search for the name HP in the find section...look carefully at what comes up then reinstall the updated driver again...sometimes the preference file becomes corrupted...check for things like HP.plist to see what is on the hard drive...sometimes just deleting that one file will let you do the reinstall On Sunday, September 22, 2002, at 12:24 PM, James Calderbank wrote:
