I have tried unsucessfully to get a cd rom to eject from the drive on my
imac.It appears that the cd/dvd rom is damaged .Only if I shut it off in
the control panels can I sucessfully access my computer. With the cd/dvd
drive on ,I get a clock cursor which just continues to go around &
around.
How can I get the disk out without having to take it to a dealer?
On my 7100 you could stick a paper clip into a hole and eject the cd.Is
there some comparible way of doing this on an imac?
