I've used Yahoo for my main address for a year or two, I've never noticed
messages being trimmed.
I use it almost exclusively in POP rather than web mode, though.

There was an amusing story a while ago that to prevent java script exploits
they were changing word in messages displayed in webmail -- "eval" in
particular became "review",  making "medieval" into "medireview". See

Since Yahoo, paving the way for Mac.com, started charging for the
privilege, I'm not going to keep it past the first year. There are still a
couple of free POP mail services you can get, including myrealbox.com and
gmx.net, but eventually I'll go to my own domain, when I can think of a
cool name that isn't a trademark or copyright infringement...
