I am sending this message again although I did get one reply from Gerald. My
original request never showed up on the list?

For some months my correspondents have been receiving, after sending me a
e-mail, "Auto-Reply"messages WITHOUT SUBJECT OR HEADING. I have no kind of
auto-reply set up. I have scoured my Preferences, trashed some and nothing
helps.

I have an iMac 350, OS9.2.2, 164 ram. I use Navigator 4.79 for mail and
sometimes Outlook Express 5.05 - both send these auto replys.

I believe it is coming from my Cox Broadband server. I spoke to techs
twice. The first said he corrected it right away. The 2nd advised me to
upgrade to Navigator 7 and to check for viruses. Norton said no viruses, and
I upgraded most reluctantly to Navigator 7 as I had trouble with it before.
Same problems + hated auto-replies, so I trashed it and downloaded 4.79
again.

Anyone - any help out there - please-------!
