Jim,  yes i can access MyUW Ok at work, so it is not an issue of my
username or password or MyUw itself.  If I can get to MyUW, I will be
able to access my uw email, though i don't use pine.

Also, I am using IE5.2.2, along with 10.2.3.  So be sure to determing
which IE version she has: this may be critical!! At any rate, I sure am
looking forward to hearing from you soon.
