I don't think there is any reason to split the list. For one thing, there are quite a
few new Mac owners who bought Macs at Christmas that run OS9 and OS X and they NEED
discussion about both on a list. Also, it's good for people using 9 to see the
benefits of upgrading to Jaguar. And to see how to upgrade and especially how NOT to
upgrade (such as forgetting the firmware update on an iMac before upgrading). This
list is good just the way it is. It serves everybody. If the OS9 or even OS8 people
are feeling left out, just step up and post your questions! We will answer them if we
can!
