I really would like to have some external storage, and I hate burning discs constantly, and then try and remember which disc contains what. So time consuming at 2X or 4X. I have heard that they are slow, but with a 333 tray-load iMac, we don't have much of a choice, do we? It can't be any slower than when I originally copied my files from my PowerMac 7600 over a cross-over Ethernet cable. That took forever!
