Hi,
ANY SODIMM (144 pin , PC 66, PC100, PC133) will work in a Rev D iMac.
However, 256mb or 512mb MAY behave as a 128mb rather than the 256 or 512 it
is.  The reason for this is DENSITY.  Newer SODIMMs are more dense and the
iMac  cannot recognize them for what they are.
