You should upgrade that to VPC 6 really. It took them quite a while, but it's finally better than VPC 5. Without knowing how much RAM you have or what version of Mac OS you are running, it's tough to say but I guess I would recommend Windows98se (the se stands for Second Edition). There is a fair amount of stuff out now that won't run on Win95 anymore, but XP and even 2000 are probably too graphics-intense for a non-QuartzExtreme-accelerated Mac to really do well (though they will of course run). Depending on what you're doing, NT4 might also be a good choice. Whatever you do, do NOT run WindowsME, even if someone gives you a "free" copy.
