I don't know the app you are looking for, but depending on what you need 
the graphics for, just do a screen shot of it. I do that weekly with a 
client that sends me everything as PDF and then wants part of it put up 
as a web page. Since I only need 72 dpi, screen shots work fine.

Also, I think as of Acrobat 5 (full version, not Reader), it will let you 
export images from a JPG (my PC version 5 at least does, I'm assuming the 
Mac version does as well but my latest is v4 for Mac so I can't say for 
sure)
