Its been a while since I did the upgrade, but I didn't think it was 
possible to auto run it because A: it gives you a directions page that 
you have to expressly check that you read and understood... and more 
importantly, you need to hold the interupt button during reboot to get it 
to do its thing... so unless there is a software way around that step, it 
can't be totally automated with no user interaction.
