I'm not sure. I actually got it without a hard drive installed. But I'm 
not sure the previous owner knew that as they told me that they didn't 
hear the hard drive spin up. When I opened it and saw there was no hard 
drive, then not hearing it spin up made perfect sense. 

I tossed in an old drive just to see if it would get as far as spinning 
it up, which it does.

I'll have to do that. I haven't cracked the case far enough to do much 
testing with a meter. I wanted to solicit the advice of others that may 
have done this before I got too far just to find out it was something 
simple.
