You can buy it at your local CompUSA, on Orange Blossom Trail or Altamonte
Springs, and all windows software that runs in 32-bit will run on it.
Actually, no. I checked. No 64-bit Athlon computers for sale at either location.
You can probably (pure speculation) buy the chips and boards to upgrade/build your own computer though, I think that was what Kyle meant. Personally I'll wait until the prices level out at a more reasonable level.
I have to say the A64 and A64 FX-51 are available from most mail order suppliers over here (we have very few large computer retailers - only really PC World and they are much like CompUSA) so I could upgrade mine tomorrow if I wanted to.
