Okay, I asked before, but it might have gotten lost in a snowstorm: does anyone know how to set the priorities of a message in OS X Mail? Searching the help both off and on line has yielded nothing. Is this something that they deleted from the parameters, or is it hidden in a secret spot? Since I work from home, it's occasionally necessary to put "High Priority" on a message.
I don't use Mail, but I have heard complaints from others who say there is no way to set a priority for a message.
Since the ability to do so is widely mis-used, and since not all email apps will recognise priority flags, I don't think it is a very useful feature for informing your recipient of the importance of a particular message.
It's probably best to do that by placing some "alerting" text in the Subject of your message.
