Hi, Folks. I just received my first iMac 400Mhz DV (took me less than an hour to setup and feel very comfortable with it) purchased on ebay. What an incredible leap going from OS 7.6 on an aged Mactell to OS 9.1 on a 400Mhz iMac. My question is this: amongst all the restore disks there was also an OS 9 disk. It has a big orange 9 on the CD face (and version 9.1 indicated at the lower left hand corner of the disk). Is this disk compatible with all MACs inluding the iMac?
