> Thanks, Kundan That happens to my old 800 MHz G4 PCI clone about two or three times a month, but its an old 1997 Daystar computer with OSX10.2.8 and lots of hardware and software stuff running on it that it was never designed to handle, so I can't complain. I get a dark Curtain of Death descend slowly from the top of the Desktop to the bottom with a Rosetta stone white box in the middle with the bad news in several different languages. It does tend to happen right after startup if there was a problem loading resources but it also happens if I have too many programs open too long. Better run the Disk Repair program from the Disk Utility and you'd better repair permissions. And save often.
