This may not be the best place to ask but... I am studying Spanish. If you look at the last census, the reason should be pretty obvious. Anyway, I am trying to type a paper in Spanish. Is there a language function that will allow me to type with the Spanish letters? Do we have access to a Spanish dictionary for word processing, (most particularly MS Word). If so, how do I access it?

Special characters are accessed by pressing the option key and the letter. For example, a is made by typing option and then "n". (note that the character may not show up properly in this plain-text-only list)

You can discover the wide world of alternate characters by invoking the Character Palette or the Keyboard Viewer under International -> Input Menu (in Panther). Can't recall the exact procedure for earlier versions, sorry.
