This issue comes up from time to time so I thought I'd answer this here.
For Mr. Diaz's specific problem, the easiest solution is as follows:
1. Bring the DVD and a FW hard drive to a friend's house who has a Mac with a Superdrive or DVD drive.
2. Use Disk Utility or Toast to make a disc image of the DVD.
3. Copy the disc image onto your portable HD.
4. Once home, copy the image onto your computer's HD (or leave it where it is) and just "mount" the image when you need it for the game.
This method also works to help our friends who have bought iLife 04 for Garageband but don't have a DVD drive!
