Thats something I came across more then you would think. People (Apple) finding someone who is connected or even a business that can get a bigger pipe and willing to work together. Then spider off from there with little networks. One guy wrote he got 5 miles of people working together to get connected.
The Bells would rather spend effort sabotaging 3rd party services than actually providing better service to you, their customers.IMO, it's criminal .Drove me nuts, it's right there, the linemen said 400K easy, hear it singing. I had to pay to bring the line in here, cost more then to build the house. 2 years no power, phone-cash only. They extended it and over 20 years got some money back as other down-lined.
Big Business is bad, it's like the Robber-Barons of the 90'and early 20s all over again. It seems to have killed the surge of our 90s and individual tech and business, if not killed, makes it very hard.
Then on phone quest, I am talking to a Man in India reading off a card, but then I got a human response, "well yes, most assuredly if the cable is there and space available, it should be usable". The irony, he is probably wired better then I am.
It is criminal, of course this is Cal, bribes, payoffs, worlds 3rd largest economy. SOP
