Hi, I have a client running os9.2 �and a laserjet1500 printer from a Flat Panel iMac. When she prints only the first page is printed .. and it keeps printing the first page until the printer is turned off. I downloaded a new driver - same result.
I �installed the printer in OSX - she has 10.1. I �- but now the add printer dialog crashes when I click on �add printer �- I have suggested that she should upgrade to panther - she is reluctant to do that in case it doesn't resolve the problem. The says that the laserjet worked fine with a pc. Does anyone on the list have any ideas on what is going wrong and how to fix it?
