i've been using thunderbird ever since eudora drove me crazy with 
telling me i didn't have access to its ad server when  i did.

anyway, i find thunderbird is lovely to use, free span filtering as in 
mail, and some very nice themes and extensions. i have a problem with 
getting custom sounds to work tho.
