I've de-installed and re-installed AOL on my iMac (slot loading 17" 
flatscreen), but cannot get it to work properly. I've repaired permissions, 
too.... 
nothing seems to work. Do I have to completely restore all OS X software?? 
Being 
new to OS X, I'm not sure what that'll do... will I have to back up ALL my 
files and apps?
