Just about to venture into the land of X install, and I'd appreciate all of your thoughts on this idea; knowing to stay within the 8Gb limit, and reading that having OS9.x on a separate partition is doable. Yet, very much wanting to be able to boot into either; OSX and OS9.x, will it be a workable thing to partition the 1st. at say 6.5Gb for OSX, and the 2nd. partition as 1.4Gb for the OS9.x, and the rest of the HD space as a 3rd. partition as a scratch drive for whatever(maybe downloads, or iTunes library, or maybe even some of OS9.x's Apps.?? Or is this idea not a wise one, or just too much fuss, or both Systems must be on that single first partition oNly, or neither will be bootable?? Please advise for clarity's sake for this rev.D iMac noob. TIA
