If I recall correctly At Ease came with the install from 7.6 on and an
optional thing.

I am still unsure about fixing up another computer for them. If it is
too much I will just talk to them about the other machine. They don't
mind they just would like me to try with the machine.
I am open to all opinions and suggestions at this point because they
have called me all the time asking if the E-mail has come.
