I haven't read all of this, so please don't be upset if I missed
something you're looking for. In any event, it's very very simple.
If you have signal, then all you need is to connect to the router.
If there is no password for the router, no problem. If there is a
password, you should know when you try to load safari. Your mail
program shouldn't matter if you want to receive or send
