Since upgrading to OSX 10.4.3, every time I fix disc permissions on my

upgrade, and is there something else that will REPAIR all these permissions?

Moreover, is it simply OK to leave them UN-repaired?

You might want to check the apple knowledge base. I know with Panther, there are some that never get repaired, they show up every time (like a color sync one) and I read that is to be expected and not to worry.
