I don't have one but a search returned this post on a site called smalldogs.

tension on the joints of the neck, the only thing we have ever managed
to do here is break the neck completely. Apple recognizes the problem,
but the only solution they provide is a complete replacement of the
neck. Out of warranty, that is the type of repair that would be as
much as, or more than a new Mac mini. $229 for new on exchange, plus
about 2.5 hours of labor.",

Sorry, doesn't sound good. My suggestion is get some bluetak and try
to lodge it somewhere to stop it from slipping.
