Regarding top or bottom posting, I am sorry to have to inform many of
you that although on the internet as a whole there may be no consensus
regarding top or bottom posting, on the LEM lists there is a policy that
bottom posting (after having suitable trimmed the material to which you
are replying, including most definitely removing the footers) is the
approved method, and top posting is frowned upon.
I wasn't fond of this method initially either, but listmom makes the rules.
