Your iMac Rev C will be a trayloader and only has 6MB of video RAM fitted. OSX really could do with more for an undistorted monitor ie the wavy lines. I have a Rev D that suffers the same problem apart from that it runs fine

Made the jump to OS X, and have an issue with the iMac Monitor (rev C iMac). For some reason, it has wavy lines on the screen. They are not very evident, but if you look close you see them. They look kind of like the waves you can see when you look at something hot. I originally thought it had to do with refresh >rate...but couldn't change it. I set the iMac up to dual boot OS 9. When I boot to OS 9, they go away...any ideas?
