I have an iMac 500 indigo and I used Carbon Copy Cloner to copy from the internal 20 gig drive to an external firewire 120 gig. I swapped the two drives and everything worked great except: I'm able to connect to the internet but I get no web pages to load in any browser. Has anybody got any ideas? Went into the networking tool and using the lookup tab I tried to search for www.apple.com and it timed out not finding it.

Instead of trying to goto www.apple.com try it's DNS address instead 17.254.0.50 You can also see if you can ping it. How about your firewall settings?
